Joey is a very shy teen who just wants to make friends and show everyone how friendly he is but he just has that scary look that drives everyone away. when he does get a chance to speak to someone, he often stutters and repeats his words without knowing and that makes people uncomfortable speaking with him. he doesn't really have any friends at all but he does have his loving sister that he adores and is always willing to help her out! he often comes too protective when she is around and tends to show off his scary glare at anyone who dares touches he beloved sister. She mostly takes care of him but he doesn't mind and finds it nice. he has his one Pokemon he takes care a lot and always chats with them when he is alone, he does have a egg that he doesn't have a clue about but it doesn't stop him from speaking to it often.
